Story of Glenrothes
Founded in 1879 in the heart of Speyside, Glenrothes has built a reputation for producing elegant and richly layered single malt Scotch whiskies. Crafted using exceptionally soft water and a slow distillation process, the distillery is known for creating a spirit with remarkable balance, texture, and refinement.
Matured predominantly in high-quality sherry-seasoned oak casks, Glenrothes whiskies are celebrated for their fruit-forward character, creamy mouthfeel, and depth of flavour. Over nearly 150 years, the distillery has become one of Speyside’s most respected names among collectors and whisky enthusiasts worldwide.
