Story of Linkwood
Founded in 1821 on the outskirts of Elgin in Speyside, Linkwood has earned a reputation for producing one of the region’s most refined and elegant single malt spirits. Known for its light, floral character and beautifully balanced fruit notes, the distillery has long been prized by blenders and independent bottlers alike.
Using long fermentation times and traditional distillation methods, Linkwood creates a spirit celebrated for its meadow-like freshness, orchard fruit character, and silky texture. Although rarely seen as an official bottling, Linkwood has developed a cult following among whisky enthusiasts who value its subtle complexity and classic Speyside style.
